HASTINGS, Minn. — Hastings police mentioned officers shot and killed a canine that was attacking its household Tuesday night.
The town’s police chief mentioned the division obtained a “frantic name” round 5:30 p.m. from a woman who mentioned her canine was attacking her mom.
Officers went to the house on North Frontage Highway, the place they discovered the canine attacking its proprietor.
“Nearly instantly, officers shot the canine, killing it,” Police Chief David Wilske mentioned.
The mom and daughter have been hospitalized with critical accidents from the canine assault, police mentioned.
