Dubai actual property market recorded 568 gross sales transactions value AED1.32 billion, along with 72 mortgage offers of AED673.74 million, and 12 present offers amounting to AED30.06 million on Monday, knowledge launched by Dubai’s Land Division (DLD) confirmed.
The gross sales included 532 villas and flats value AED1.18 billion, and 36 land plots value AED141.76 million. The mortgages included 49 villas and flats value AED120.94 million and 23 land plots valued at AED552.8 million, bringing the overall realty transactions of immediately to over AED2 billion.
