Duane “Keffe D” Davis, the man charged in Tupac Shakur’s 1996 homicide, is ready to make his first court docket look Wednesday morning in Las Vegas.
Davis, 60, has been charged with one depend of homicide with use of a lethal weapon with a gang enhancement. He was arrested on Friday, Sept. 29, shortly after being indicted by a Nevada grand jury.
The rapper was 25 years outdated when he was killed in a drive-by capturing on the Las Vegas Strip on Sept. 7, 1996. Chief Deputy District Lawyer Marc DiGiacomo described Davis because the “on-ground, on-site commander” who “ordered the demise” of the hip-hop icon.
