The report says the letter claims the board’s resolution to take away Mr Altman and co-founder Greg Brockman has jeopardised the corporate’s work and accuses the board of not having the competence to supervise the corporate.
It requires the board to resign and get replaced by two new lead unbiased administrators, and provides that if their calls for aren’t met, those that have signed the letter might select to resign from the corporate and be part of Mr Altman and Mr Brockman of their new AI analysis workforce at Microsoft – which introduced Mr Altman could be becoming a member of the corporate on Monday.
